Our team has a combined experience of over 35 years working with all types of learners. AIMS staff meet weekly to review learner data, discuss instructional progress, and pinpoint barriers to learner progression. We review and discuss the latest research in the fields of behavior analysis, instructional design, and psychology. We are committed to building sound research practices and contributing to the precision teaching community that has given us so much.
